2. Shipping Methods & Logistics Partners

3. Delivery Options & Site Requirements
Industrial machinery requires specific site preparations. We offer the following delivery tiers:

Standard Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver the palletized equipment to the curb or loading dock of the specified delivery address. The buyer is responsible for moving the equipment inside the building.

Liftgate Service: If your facility does not have a dedicated loading dock or forklift, a vehicle equipped with a liftgate is required to safely lower the equipment to ground level. Please notify us during checkout if Liftgate Service is required (additional fees may apply).
• • White-Glove Delivery & Turnkey Installation: For clients who have purchased our installation packages, our certified technical team will handle the offloading, unboxing, positioning, and professional installation of the machinery.
4. Shipping Rates

5. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

6. Inspection, Damages, & Freight Claims (Crucial)
Commercial freight shipping is subject to rigorous transport conditions. You must inspect all items immediately upon arrival before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Visible Damage: If the packaging or equipment shows clear signs of damage during transit, note the exact damage on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photographs, and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately.

Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after unboxing an item, you must report it to Omni Chef Solutions within [48 hours] of delivery.
• • Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damages absolves the carrier of liability, which may severely impact or void your right to a replacement or insurance claim.
